So I just downloaded the 3 setup files for the game (using Chrome) and everytime i start the main setup file I keep getting this error: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I even get the same error if I run it as Administrator. Any help would be appreciated.

It turns out it was Kaspersky, I turned it off and it worked like a charm. I did however check to make sure that I had Full Control and i did. Thanks for the help.
