nikokiller: don't worry people if the gift mail don't arrive they send you a "special" code for you, worked with me after 6 days of waiting

Regards
Hi!

Sorry for the extended wait some of you are experiencing with The Witcher 2+The Gamers codes. Emails were going out much slower than expected, causing codes to arrive even two or three days after clicking on the last stamp - causing a backlog that put the next "winners" of the promo even further in the queue.

Some codes did not successfully leave our outbox, and those have been resent. There may still be a bit of a queue with them leaving the outbox, but they should be (at least mostly) out by now!

1) Please check your spam/junk/filtered mail/newsletter folders, or however else you filter messages that are not top priority, it could've just gotten lost in your inbox

2) If you have changed your e-mail address in the past few days/weeks/month, check the previous address if possible - maybe, by some anti-miracle, the codes went there.

3) In your account settings, check if your e-mail is spelled correctly. You could've made the simple typo of writing @gmal instead of @gmail, for instance. Since we don't send activation e-mails, this could've easily been missed! If you find that your e-mail needs changing, do so and then contact our support explaining the issue :)

If you still don't find your code, contact the support team. They'll check your code e-mail's status, and if it's disappeared somewhere or had problems with being sent, will try and send you a code in reply to your ticket.

PSA: Please send just ONE support ticket, otherwise you'll fall to the back of the queue and increase your wait times (and the numbers displaying on our support team's inboxes will soar to horrifying proportions!)

[edit] For those that don't know, you can contact our support team by going to Support > Contact us and choosing your category, or just follow this link.

ayredfr: lol you're lucky to get email responses from the support.

I posted a question about my code (not received yet) and since nothing about them and my promised code.
Unfortunately we had a bug that made some e-mails not leave as they should - so we resent. There still were issues, so we're resending codes again this weekend - manually, so it will take a while for our support team to copy and paste the codes into individual e-mails to you all. Sorry about the wait! Hopefully, though, this time all will work as it should and you'll get your game codes soon :)

As for support response times, as you can imagine there are a lot of tickets coming in and our support crew do their best to answer each one - even if it's with a prepared reply. We're sorry if you're getting doubles of the same pieces of advice or if the wait times are long, but we promise we're trying our best to handle the situation in between sending out the codes!
Hello again, everyone!

We sent out a final batch of codes that we were informed of via support over the weekend, so you should have gotten yours if you submitted your ticket in the correct category.

If you don't have your code yet, please contact support using the form. To do it in the most effective way:

--> file under the category: "My orders, payments and downloading games",
--> title your ticket "Stamp gift not received" (or something similar)
--> enter the numbers of previously opened tickets (you'll find them in the auto response you get after submitting a ticket)

This will make it much faster for the support team to deal with your code requests and will speed up the whole manual sending process. :)

We're sorry for the wait and the technical issue, but we're doing our best to make things work - you'll get your freebies as soon as our support team manages to get to your ticket!
