Balatro
This game is now considered being nominated for The Game Awards (2024) which speaks volumes to people being even more aware of the game. This is also considered a successful indie game by all accounts. Hopefully it gets re-evaluated & end up being sold on GOG sooner rather than later.
Balatro is responsible for many sleepless nights for me and my missis, so I'm throwing my +1 in there for a GOG release for safekeeping :)
The link below saying GOG refused the game is NOT the Balatro forums, but an entirely different game. The Balatro devs/pub may not have submitted it to GOG.

No way this was rejected... Come on, you need to come back to it and reconsider - Balatro is incredibly polished and fun to play.
Already got it on Steam and Mobile, would love to actually get the game on GOG tho!!
Add to GOG and take my money!!!
Swinging, missing, windows of opportunity. Now Balatro is on mobile, and we've got nothing but a moth as far as a GOG version is concerned.
Sure, an erotic horror game that looks mobile as hell, but no simple card game!
PLEASE PUT THIS ON THIS PLATTFORM PLEASE
How is Balatro still not on GOG?? Who decides what gets added to GOG? What is the reason Balatro is not on this platform?
To whoever on the Curator board that rejected Balatro for not being "interesting and unique mechanics", I challenge you to name a title with this kind of gameplay. Sure Balatro lacks a good story, but if you guys'd approve games like The Incredible Machine, I'm sure it wouldn't be fair to reject Balatro on ground of missing a story.
I think that GOG definitely should listen users/customers, not curators! Release Balatro there, we want to buy it!
What ?!?
GOG's curators refuse Balatro !
"I was definitely interested in putting the game up on GOG, but the curators of the site rejected the game. Their reasoning was "We are currently looking for games with good story telling and/or interesting and unique mechanics." which made me think they did not even play it." Pretty please with a cherry on top!
WHY ISN'T THIS GAME ON GOG YET?!?!?! Literally meets all of the criteria for a gog game. Loved by the community and it's fans. I want to buy the game on here, but guess I have to buy it on steam unfortunately.

lol, similar to everyone else with an old family member who would love this game but doesn't want to deal with a launcher.
if it goes onto here i will buy the game

Switch player here - would love to have a GOG release for Linux. :)
Got it on the switch but right there with my old dad enjoying this game and wanting to pick it up for him. I did the steam thing with him and the launcher annoyed him to no end.
Got relatives that play nothing but PC card games that would love this, but they don't want to deal with a launcher and logins, they want to click the shortcut and start the game.
I have it on steam but I will happily buy here too - same reason as ConAnd81!

Had to buy on Steam because the missis wanted it, but would rather own on GOG!

+1 pls
would be nice to have it on GOG
Would love to be able to gift this to my old dad, he loves card games and he'd absolutely love the ever living **** out of this game! But he has near zero computer savy and only plays solitaire and similar games already in windows... or online, where his computer inevitably contracts malware and I have to fix it.
I) will never be able to convince him to get a Steam account(much less an Xbox or PS), and I wouldn't even want to put him through that, he'll never use it again after I've left.
LocalThunk, please, as soon as you have the time and capacity, get it on here, so some old cardsharks can enjoy the game as well.
