This dark and stylish "God of War" clone was developed by Visceral Games, the team behind the "Dead Space" games. Based on the ancient medieval italian poem, the game's cinematic visuals are striking. While "Dante's Inferno" is a hack 'n slash game with light puzzles and platforming, it has hellish and outlandish environments out of a horror game. It also has flashy combat that is fast and fluid. While not on the level of "Dead Space", "Dante's Inferno" should please hack 'n slash and beat 'em all fans. It deserves to be included and preserved by GOG in their digital storefront.

I never got to play this game and it always bothered me, because this looks so damn gooood. The whole setting and the vibe. This would be an instant buy for me.

Fighting and killing the grim reaper with his own reaper was a satisfying boss fight. I play this at my mate's system. So I did get to finish the rest of the game.
The setting, the themes, the sound, the combat. Seriously, what's not to love about this one? God of War did dominant the market, but this really went a long way.

I'm honestly shocked that this game didn't make it huge. The movie and game are both incredible. It's just such an epic character who fights through hell in a fantastic game. I have it on PS3, and would be floored if I could play it on GOG.

I really miss this game, it was gritty, dark and had awesome gameplay! the soundtrack was really nice and it was very videogame-y but it has something a lot of games these days are missing; it had character, it had soul and actual substance. Dante's Inferno needs to come back !

Dante’s Inferno. It’s a God of War clone, but I found its setting and story more interesting. The upgrade system feels so much better than God of War’s; I can tell attacks become stronger as I level up, and the enemy has more personality and variety. This is the studio that made Dead Space 2 and 3, so I thought I’d check it out. I’m glad I did, as it’s pretty damn good. Maybe a little too carbon-copy of God of War’s gameplay—come on, guys, at least make cutscenes skippable! Do something to make it feel less like a reskin! All things considered, I think it did GoW better than GoW did GoW. It really did feel like I was progressing. Hell is a much more believable place for this impossible architecture full of tricks and traps than the temple in GoW, and the reason for the slaughter is far more engaging. Things just make more sense. Dante is so much more interesting than Kratos. Dante made mistakes and doesn’t want someone else to suffer for them. Kratos...? I don’t recall anything interesting about his origin. Dante absolves for past sins and to save his wife from the depths of hell using Death’s scythe to aid him as he descends through the 9 levels of Inferno. It’s grotesque and amazing. It hasn’t been re-released since its PS3 debut. It deserves a re-release.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the PatriotsMetal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is the final canonical Metal Gear game to feature Solid Snake as the main character. The gameplay of the previous games have been kept along with some new features, such as the ability to roll on your back and also to hide in bins scattered around the environment. Most of the story and the relationship between the characters are explained through cut-scenes with a considerable length, so knowledge of the prior games is recommended to fully understand the story. The game also features a complex multiplayer mode entitled Metal Gear Online with some original missions based on the stealth aspects of the single-player games.

Snatcher
SnatcherSnatcher is a cyberpunk-themed graphic adventure game directed and written by Hideo Kojima and produced by Konami. The setting and story of Snatcher is heavily influenced by cyberpunk and science-fiction media, taking place in a large futuristic dystopian city. The story revolves around an investigator named Gillian Seed assigned to investigate a breed of bioroids known as "snatchers", who are killing humans and taking their place in society. The game is set in a primarily first person perspective and uses a menu-based interface that allows the protagonist to interact with his environment. The player can choose to "Look", "Investigate", "Talk", "Ask" and "Move" (in addition to other options) to acquire key items or receive vital information from other characters. The player can analyze items in Gillian's belongings or show it to other characters. During key points of the game's story, the player must pass shooting sequences to defend Gillian from assailants. These shooting segments use a 3x3 grid which the player can target to fire at enemies. A shooting trainer, called "Junker's Eyes", is accessible at Junker HQ that allows the player to measure their accuracy.

Tonic Trouble
Tonic TroubleTonic Trouble is a 3D platforming video game by Ubisoft Montreal. The story follows the main character, Ed, after a magic potion spills on the Earth and causes vegetables to become living killers. The game was received poorly; critics cite poor controls, a wordy exposition, and sloppy graphics (on the N64 version). The N64 version of the game is a port of the PC version with noticeable differences, such as a substantially different opening due to the lack of processing power needed to render cutscenes, and different music in certain places. The game is often compared to another game published by Ubisoft called Rayman 2: The Great Escape, because both are 3D platformers, both have main characters of a similar design (hands and feet without arms or legs), and both were released around the same time.

Discworld II: Mortality Bytes!
Discworld II: Mortality Bytes!Discworld II: Mortality Bytes! is the second point-and-click adventure game based on Terry Pratchett's series of fantasy novels set on the mythical Discworld. The game was developed and produced in 1996 by Perfect Entertainment for the PC, and ported in 1997 for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn. It was published by Psygnosis for the PC and PlayStation, and by Sega for the Saturn (only in Europe). In Discworld II the player controls Rincewind the "wizzard" (voiced by Eric Idle, as in the previous game) who has been burdened with the task of coercing Death out of his impromptu retirement and back into his regular duties. The plot borrows from a number of Discworld books, most notably Reaper Man, Moving Pictures and Lords and Ladies. It all begins in a quiet Ankh-Morpork street, where Rincewind and The Librarian inexplicably fail to die from a nearby cart-bomb explosion. The odd event is not shared by them alone however: occurrences of the newly dead re-awakening and disturbing the populace are being reported all over the city, prompting the Archchancellor of Unseen University to halt his usual activities of feasting and merrymaking, and to take charge of the situation. Much to Rincewind's despair, the entirety of this process involves appointing him to the task of finding Death and convincing him to resume his work.

The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
The Legend of Zelda: The Minish CapThe Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap is a top-down action adventure game that tells the origins of the evil Vaati from Four Swords. Like most other titles in the series, The Minish Cap features the fully explorable land of Hyrule, although it can be viewed from the eyes of a human or the eyes of a Minish, a race of tiny people and an alternate form that Link can transform into.
