Story:In Fire Force, you kit yourself out with a military alter-ego, beginning with the rank of Ensign, and progressing through 12 increasingly difficult (and violent) missions, earning medals, commendations and promotions for each on successfully completed.
Only the first four of the game's twelve missions are selectable. The objective, terrain and enemies change depending on the mission, with a full intelligence briefing for each available. The ide of the mission don't change much, you've basically got to kill everything or destroy a specific target, but the actual objectives do. one minute you'll be taking out an enemy bridge, the next seeking and destroying a cache of SAM missiles or assassinating an enemy dictator.Show more

you selected your loadout before each mission. Here you could choose from different weapons like an M16, MP5, grenades and the amount of extra ammo you wanted with you. Even a LAW rocket launcher! :D
Then you get dropped into a mission you selected - the cool thing is that if you did it right, you could do it using only your knife and nothing else. The missions made you infiltrate buildings while fighting the enemies violently (that were complete with distive sounds while being shot :P) It made you feel like rambo or a special forces agent going behind enemy lines.
This game was one that I played a lot in my youth club and I searched for just the name of the game for at least 10 years(!) and finally found it via a random search on Amiga games! i really really want to see this game in a stable version on gog!
Tintin on the MoonA more accurate title for the game would be 'Tintin Gets to the Moon', as reaching it is your challenge. The game is split into two distinct types of sections; the first of these involves guiding the rocket through space. Steer it to avoid contact with asteroids, and to collect eight red spheres. Yellow spheres boost energy, and so should be collected.
This is followed by a platform-based battle, as the evil Captain Jurgen has tied up several crew members, planted time bombs, and started several fires. Use your extinguisher on Jurgen and the fires, and touch the bombs and crew members to solve those problems. Turn gravity off to reach the more troublesome bombs.Action Science fiction

The rest is more loosely adapted: in contrast to the comic, which is mostly based in Peru, this game offers many different locations all over the world.
The gameplay itself is a typical platforming action: Tintin walks through the levels while avoiding the enemies. Pretty much everyone, e.g. little girls and security guards, is out to hurt Tintin who has no means of defending himself. This means the most important aspect is learning enemy placements, their patterns and how to avoid them. But he has to hurry because of the time limit. Required for success is the usage of the two playing plains: from the player's perspective in the foreground and further towards the background. Tintin can switch between the two at any time.
