gave a long-winded ramble on the PSP version of this game's page, but i'll add a few points here just for the sake of the PSX version. porting the 2011 PSP localisation to this version would easily make the battle system more accessible, ironically enough, given the speed at which battle takes in the PSP version. yes, battle thrives on auto (setting up and executing) in innocent sin, but the snappy UI is sorely needed for anyone w jrpg experience. i was decently inexperienced w jrpgs when playing p2is:psp, and as such, had no issues, but i do know this is a decent run-killer for newsona players coming across to the old games. innocent sin is a fine place to start, imo, when it comes to the oldsona games. i started with innocent sin, oddly enough, and despite some out of context moments w yukino mayuzumi, innocent sin goes out of its way not to spoil the player on the events of p1. sure, some moments will lack punch, but it's far better than eternal punishment (which is still quite mild). if any game was to be ported first, i'd honestly argue innocent sin should be that game, purely given the stellar story and tight-knit cast. this game has a lot in common w persona 4, the black sheep of the newsona franchise these days, but i'd say innocent sin has a lot of underappreciated joys, same as p4. there's only a few really noticeable differences from version to version, but atp in time, i don't think a certain endgame boss's appearance is going to put off potential players. if anything, it's prescient commentary on the world we live in, and the nature of conspiracy and truth getting stretched to its limits as communication takes flight. this game has quite a few y2k notes, and when you take plot elements like those into account,,, innocent sin becomes timeless in a way its creators likely never expected. in order to learn from history, etc etc... anyway, wonderful game. recommend it highly. think it'd fit right in on an accessible PC library like GOG!
Esse jogo tem uma história bem interessante e intrigante, pelo menos pra mim,além de gráficos bem bonitos pra época e uma gameplay interessante,o que rende boas horas de jogo

Please make it the original PS1 version and not the PSP version. The Original felt darker and more ominous in tone. The only problem that I could see with this would be translation.

The original 3 persona games are vastly different experiences from the modern 3-5 and especially their most recent ports. Curious fans should at least have the OPTION to check out the original 3 without having to resort to ROMS and fan translations (no hate against them, but when the series is this popular, we shouldn't NEED to resort to the goodwill of hard-working fans).
Those games also need your vote!
