I played the first title on the 360 when I was a kid and it's awesome! I love "Western" style open-world titles, I haven't played the second one yet and I'd honestly prefer to play it on GOG, I think it definitely deserves a place with on this platform.
There's nothing to say about this game, it's wonderful. I would like to purchase it from gog, without drm, I think this title deserves it, it NEEDS it. Making this game immortal to DRM would be amazing
A real modern Classic that brings amazing graphics and story without asking a BS ray tracing and unreasonable PC specs. .............................................
**Why *Red Dead Redemption 2* Needs to Be on GOG and Why It’s the Best Red Dead Game Ever** *Red Dead Redemption 2* is more than just a prequel—it’s a monumental achievement in storytelling, world-building, and emotional depth. Rockstar crafted an unforgettable experience with Arthur Morgan, whose personal journey of loyalty, loss, and redemption stands as one of the most powerful stories in gaming history. It’s a game that explores morality, survival, and brotherhood in a dying Wild West with such nuance that it transcends the medium. Gameplay-wise, it’s a masterclass. The attention to detail in every corner of the world—from the rugged mountains to the bustling towns—brings the era to life in a way no other game has. The systems are deep, whether you’re hunting, crafting, bonding with your horse, or engaging in dynamic conversations. The combat is refined and weighty, the missions are diverse and cinematic, and the world feels alive with random events and richly written NPCs. Arthur Morgan is arguably Rockstar’s finest character. His inner conflict, the choices he makes, and his gradual evolution depending on your playstyle make him one of the most compelling protagonists in any game—eclipsing even John Marston from the original *Red Dead Redemption*. It absolutely needs to be on GOG. A DRM-free version would honor the spirit of the game—freedom, choice, and individuality. It would give players the ability to truly own and preserve this masterpiece. For a game that so perfectly captures the soul of the Old West, it deserves a place on a platform that values game preservation and player freedom.

Red Dead Redemption 2 deeply impacted my life by offering a poignant exploration of loyalty, morality, and the inevitability of change. Arthur Morgan's complex journey made me reflect on personal growth, redemption, and the consequences of one's actions. The game’s open world was not just a setting, but a living, breathing entity that invited me to slow down and appreciate the details of life, whether through the beauty of the landscapes or the small, intimate moments with characters. The emotional weight of the story, paired with its exceptional writing and character development, made me think more critically about my choices and their long-term effects. Red Dead Redemption 2 is a fantastic game because it combines stunning visuals, immersive storytelling, and deep moral dilemmas, all while offering an incredibly rich, interactive world. It’s an experience that stays with you long after you’ve finished it.
This is an incredible game. I've never played anything quite like it, and the twists and story beats - and getting to tell my non-gaming partner about them - will stick with me forever. That's why it needs to be playable DRM free without all the absolute horses**t that is the rockstar game launcher and 'necessary' account. Yeah, old man yelling at clouds, but if I never plan on playing it online, I should not need to make an account so Rockstar can collect all of my information. Blech.
One of the best open world we've today, a rich, bold, and engaging trip to the past. We as a player take a journey to look America from the lens of its outlaw. A gripping story about the last era of wild west and the new beginning of modernity. We follow Arthur Morgan and his gang in their quest to fulfill their dream of freedom, far from government watchful eyes, and live as freely as they could. Sadly, rockstar kinda neglect this beautiful ip in order to give full attention to more lucrative title like grand theft auto, especially for its online multiplayer counterpart. I hope gog can preserve this game so many players from now to the future can enjoy this timeless and breathtaking experience for a very very long time.

Savage: The Battle for Newerth
Savage: The Battle for NewerthSavage: The Battle for Newerth was originally released by S2 Games in September 2003 and eventually became freeware 3 years later in September 2006, when the game has been officially abandoned and made open source. The last official patch (2.0e) came out in January 2004. Since then Savage: The Battle for Newerth has been continuously improved by the Savage community: from 2004 to 2005 by the EX2 team, from 2005 to 2007 by the SEP/SFE team and since 2008 by the Savage XR team. Although the game has been criticized for being released in an unpolished state, lacking basic features and any kind of tutorials, Savage: The Battle for Newerth with its innovative RTS/FPS gameplay was far ahead of its time, winning awards such as the Seumas McNally Grand Prize, Technical Excellence and the Audience Award at the Independent Games Festival 2004 or the Editor's Choice Award "8.7 - Great" by IGN.com.
