Very fond memories of playing this circa 1999/2000 in my cousin's house. We would jump on the PC and swap between Theme Hospital and Small Soldiers. It really helped nurture my love for PC gaming and wanting our own family PC. Previously, I would have only played PC games at my cousin's house or my Grandmother's house (Quake).
We eventually got one very soon after, and I would play Age of Empires and so many more games down the line.
I like to think my fondness for PC started with games like Theme Hospital and Small Soldiers.
I played this when I was a young teen, I have very fun memories of playing this when I got out of school, I had my 35th birthday a bit ago and suddenly this game popped in my head, I really want to play this again, I'm looking forward to it.
Monster Hunter FreedomThe game revolves around the player completing quests and gathering materials to upgrade their equipment in order to advance. The more rare the items and equipment, the stronger the main physical aspects of the character will be. Unlike other hack 'n' slash games, this game requires planning and skill in order to overcome large monsters instead of brute force. There are many weapons which the hunter can use to bring down the monsters, these are sword and shield, great sword, dual swords, hammer, lance, bowgun and the heavy bowgun.
