Story:Snipes is an arcade style action game. You are in a large maze along with a number of generators. The generators create the enemy Snipes, and to win the game you need to shoot all of the generators and all of the Snipes they create. The game is played using two sets of four keys, one set to move and one to fire; this allows you to both move and fire in eight different directions, and you aren't limited to firing in the same direction you are facing (similar to the controls in games such as Robotron: 2084). The Snipes are armed as well, and will be firing back at you! If you lose all of your lives, the game ends and the Snipes win. There are numerous skill levels available; in the higher levels the snipes are more numerous, more aggressive, and the maze walls become deadly to touch.Show more

The game is backwards compatible with your save file from Resident Evil: Outbreak, meaning that you can take your unlocked content to this new setting.

The gameplay is similar to the previous Resident Evil games and consists mainly of exploring, solving puzzles, finding items and surviving. Resident Evil: The Umbrella ChroniclesResident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles is the first natively developed for the Wii console. Unlike the other games focused on free exploration, this title is an on-rails shooting game with fixed movement and perspectives. While playing, the camera floats to different areas and players shoot enemies on the screen, picking up ammo, weapons and health kits in the progress. In some situations, the controller can also be used as a melee weapon or in timed sequences. Some levels feature multiple paths and there are regular checkpoints. At the end of a level, the player's performance is awarded by stars, which can be exchanged for weapon upgrades. The game supports the Wii Zapper and features cooperative gameplay for up to two players.
