An updated version of this game that doesn't change the inherent gameplay, but simply adds visuals and a nice UI, are really all that's needed. Loved getting absolutely angry at this classic years and years ago.

The gameplay consists of combat, exploration, and puzzle-solving. The controller vibration is used to indicate Harry's heartbeat and will vibrate on low health. The player must regularly enter an inventory screen to check Harry's health, use items, and equip different weapons.

The game is backwards compatible with your save file from Resident Evil: Outbreak, meaning that you can take your unlocked content to this new setting.
