Ok. Better to fetch her much earlier then, for those planning to include her in the 2nd act.
Heh, I am playing a role, or trying to. But even when temporarily removing a party member to say yes to somebody else (not sure why I even do this), I feel a little bad after their speeches. Being evil, maybe I should kill them instead :o Everybody. Blooooooooood!! =)
One thing that is a little disappointing, that I hadn't realised before, is that often it doesn't matter what you say in conversations, whether you pick the obvious "good" or "evil" option, because the reply will be the same, or effectively the same.

Yeah, that's the same in any game in many instances, even AAA games. It's called 'fleshing it out'.
