i bought the gb1ee and 2ee but there is no original game found in my account.and the serial keys only include the ee game.why?

You first need to get the serial keys. On your games list (in the browser, not Galaxy) choose More -> Serial Keys. Then you can redeem the key and the game will appear on your list of games.

I did but theres only the ee key.It seems that they have run out of their keys.

If I recall correctly, they key is named for EE, but it's actually for the original game - have you tried to redeem it anyway?

you are right.i contact the support and they said so too.i mistook the keys as ee keys.now i have redeemed the keys,thanks:)
