It runs flawlessly on my Windows 7 / 64 bit at 1920x1080. No special setup is required to get it to run, however you do need the widescreen patch to make it use widescreen resolutions (or any random unsupported resolution). I also recommend the fixpack.

Win 7 64Bit here, installed it and it worked. 32 Bit should run fine, too. There is one issue though: If you want to play multiplayer you have to run the game in windowed mode but you can switch back to fullscreen after the multiplayer game finished loading up.
