I got TuTu working with GOG BG1 + TOB disc, but I was curious if you could install the EXP cap remover for a TuTu replay?

For TuTu, the BG2 tweakpack will work, and it has an option to disable the level cap.

Bah, I'd have to disable Dungeon be Gone and Virtue before installing the pack. Sighs. I hate that every other mod is like INSTALL US LAST
