No need for repairing, as broken weapons simply can not be repaired, as far as I know. And magical weapons never brokes.

Basically. You'll just have to use weapons your enemies drop, go to the store to buy new ones, or use your fists. Once you find a magic weapon for all of your melee characters, it's not an issue.
