Game stops loading after the motel sequence when getting into the car with Panama. It's loads ~20-25% then stops. Tried waiting around for 30minutes, but it's just permanently stuck there.

Had the same problem after 1.04.
What I did was a I took the quick travel spot by the motel back into the city and then back to the motel, Those two loads "fixed" the loading problem out of the garage and it worked fine after that for all loading screens.

Thank you!! It did fix it, I tried going back into the city and fast traveling to the motel, but didn't try FT in and FT out >.>
