Hi,

Since I'm currently pre ordering a physical version of the game which might not gonna come on time, is it possible for me to copy my friend's Cyberpunk 2077 files (that also uses GOG) and then activate the game without doing more download?

You can import folder in the installation management exaclty for this reason. It should do file verification and download any updates missing afterwards.
