Yah, lots of lists of what's new on the web. The game itself advertises some of it if you click on "Additional Content" on the main menu. Not sure if everything it mentions came in 1.61 or if it's a list that just grows or what.

For a bit of real-person experience, I ran across a quest relating to the Edge Runners Netflix anime and ended up with David Martinez's jacket. Wasn't really looking for it, just stumbled onto the quest and it was super cool. Hope it makes it back to a dev that at least one person just ran across the thing without using a guide and thought it was preem :-)

Yeah, that's a new 1.6 mission. It isn't specified on the map, but it shows up like a side job, similar to obtaining the Skippy AI smart gun.

When you get the final message, wait a few minutes. You'll get a message from El Capitan, telling you to come collect it because he's not a delivery boy. ^^
