not sure what was going through my head but I deleted the original bin folder for cyberpunk while trying to mod the game and now it wont start. how can I fix this? will I have to uninstall the game then reinstall it? or can I restore the folder?

You deleted the folder containing the main .exe for the game...?

If the bin folder isn't in your Windows trash can, then yeah, you will need to reinstall. GoG Galaxy, if you use the game client, may be able to repair the installation.

I don't remember whether the offline files also has a repair function.
