Since I've started I noticed weird motion blur in some NPC faces, specially when is not a conversation and they are a little bit far, noticed with the boxing trainer at almost the start of the game but when you meet Judy, it's really bad looking. Hair is almost all pixels, some black pixels on the shirt and of course, blurry face for all characters on screen.

I'm playing almost at ultra with a few tweaks to medium, tried disabling DLSS or changing the mode, disabling DSR too in the Nvidia control panel but nothing works.
