I accompanied Panam during the Ghost Town quest to Nash as a co-driver, then died when fighting off the road blockade. When reloading last save, I appeared to sit in the driver seat, looking through Panam's eyes and exiting the vehicle as such manner.

Experienced the same (loading saved state in that situation), but as the game switched to proper V Mode after exiting the vehicle, that *glitch* was no gamebreaker to me. Besides, you are aware, that this is the GoG Community Forum for the game, so the DEVs won't take notice of any bug report made here ?!?
Ha, just did the same this afternoon, reported it here ..

https://support.cdprojektred.com/en/cyberpunk/pc

Click "Gameplay"

Click under Interface "I want to report a visual issue"

Scroll down and click "Contact us"

.. And fill out the form.

Don't zip up your DXDiag, they only accept .txt files so wont allow you to upload .7z .rar .zip etc, just upload the DXDiag produced text file as it is.

I don't think this is going to be machine specific though, its just an oversight.

The more occurrences of this issue which get reported, the more notice they will take.

It's save point where that happens you get the choice to drive or be driven, When loaded the script does not check for your decision.

More out of order script checks.
