During the Play It Safe mission where the Japanese Festival begins there a number of crouched and scared people. I'm not sure why. Maybe because I bumped into someone while walking? Anway, I wasn't too concerned but then i noticed one crouched lady in the middle of the first walkway bridge the path tells me to cross on. It's impossible to get around her. Jumping is blocked and there isn't enough room on either side. :( Will try to reload.
