Unable to rotate my camera angle during the Lightning Breaks mission. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this and found a fix? I have tried saving/re-loading and restarting the game with no solve. When I enter the menu the mouse works just fine, the only fix I was able to come up with was to load a save previous to the mission but I'd rather be able to complete the mission. Also, I did try using an Xbox controller.

It resolved itself. I just went ahead with another main quest and then came back to it with no issues.

Hello. I have exactly the same problem, at least I think so. The camera works all fine in this mission up to the moment after you defeat the flying drones at the power station and disconnect from the cannon, that's when the camera freezes for me. Tell me, was it like that for you too? And did you just simply complete any kind of main mission, like talk to someone which led to another main mission of that line, and then come back to Panam? Also, was she already up and waiting in the garage, or was she still asleep?

I'd really appreciate more details on how you have fixed that bug for yourself.
