Hi,

I bought the Cyberpunk base game when I was in Russia years ago, now I'm back at home (Germany) just purchased the Phantom Liberty Addon, and I can't install it, says it is incompatible.

How can I fix it?

If I had to guess, you'd have to buy a Russian copy of PL, if it even exists, or get a regular German version of cp2077
