Wait, what? How is it changed? My first playthrough was a pacifist stealth netrunner and haven't played a netrunner build for a while. But I enjoyed it. It's no longer working?

It is working for me, i have no idea what this guy is talking about. Even with 16 INT can oneshot enemies with the right perks and gear.
