I don't know anything about a price increase. The game is released in November. You can either wait until then or pre-order it now. If you don't meet the requirements, you might be able to ask for a refund. Just don't download it first.

I have old CPU, it struggle in Watch Dogs 2 and FarCry 5. I hope for good optimisation in this game.

My game setup is "HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15"

On this laptop, with the settings on high, "Shadow of Tomb Raider" runs at 60 stable FPS.

Certainly the hardware requests of "Cyberpunk 2077" will be higher, I hope at least in 30 fps.

I think you won't have issues with that laptop, if you have issues then most people out there won't be able to enjoy it and that goes against what CDPR wants to achieve I think. :) You may not be able to push the game to max details, but you will certainly be able to play it.

However, like in all cases where people play on laptops and not on desktop computers, I would suggest you to get a cooling pad if you want to play on your laptop for hours.

My guess is that the recommanded requirements from Witcher 3 might be the minimum requirement for Cyberpunk 2077.
