I'm totally stuck on this --> Comrad Red Quest

I have the Netrunner, I get the little magnifying glass but it won't let me collect info. :(
I searched the net and found 2 helps, but they don't seem to work.

I tried bouncing around on the chair next to the table
I tried crouching, standing , jumping while spamming the search key
I eliminated all the debris around the chair.
I tried from the standing on her head, her chest and the legs.
I tried both sides of the chair and even behind the top of the chair.
I tried from the floor at her feet and even tried shooting her all over.

i even went back several save games to when i had 50 hours of play time (at about 170 now)
all this while slowly scanning for the "magic pixel" to unlock this frustration.

Any suggestions on clearing this dilemma?

I literally got so annoyed at this Saved the game and grenaded and exploded that damn room with everything, quit the game loaded it up the next day from that point and forgot it was stuffed as I was walking in the door again it prompted me whilst facing her on the chair like one foot step past the Doorway..

I tried while having the video on my other monitor. The game only allows me to outline the Netrunner or select the chair with unselectable hacks. That's all i can do regardless of where i try and target. I don't even see the chair hack thingy on the video. It seems like the game thinks I have completed the mission, but the quest didn't trigger completed. I know for fact that I didn't complete it. even going back to my first entry in, I get the same 2 targeting options, At this point, I'll try almost antthing.

I dumped 83 grenades on her from the doorway. everything i had. saved the game while the anti-personel laser made a spectacular fireworks display. loaded back up, i was able to target the back arm.

Other things I've had to stand on jump on to the objective some computers not able to access those either because of the Z issues with the game blocking iteractions, get the prompt over and done with I feel that I should delete the game as it's pissing me off with the current bugs.

Normally, i swing my Katana hither-and-yon and smash things that have their target box over the object i need. I never thought about setting off a few IED's. Yes, I stated about on game day the "Z" elevation. Many of us know about it, yet, here it is.

They need independent testers for games. Not hand selected yes people. They need players with specific types of game play and people who have alternate goals to define the way they react, to test these games. Then, the input needs to be truly taken into account.

I have faith they will either fix the problems, or no longer be a developer. Either way, the problem goes away. My hopes are for the fixing. I still believe this game can and will be salvaged.
