Haven't played the game in a while and now it crashes on startup, doesn't even show splashscreen or anything.

Updated all drivers and disabled GOG overlay.

What can I do?

€: I seem to have the experimental Beta version of GOG Galaxy. Does this have any impact?

Have you tried to verify / repair? Also remove any mods if they were not designed for current version.
