Has anyone completed the cyberpsycho side mission and stood around waiting for an actual reward? I was wondering maybe if we complete the "skippy side quest" first the complete the "cyberpsycho side quest" after does it give us skippy back with the ability to rank it up to legendary rank? Really want to know if anyone has tried this yet?
