Having some really bad issues with this game on 1.6, it's become unplayable because after 10-30 minutes it always freezes the PC completely and only disconnecting it or holding the power button helps.
My system is a mobile HM87 board with i7 4940MX CPU, GTX 965M GPU and 8GB of DDR3, which is pretty low-end nowadays but CP2077 is playable on low settings. The game is installed on a Hynix M2 SSD, there's also a 16GB paging file on it. Cooling is good enough, temps rarely go above 70 celsius.
With an issue like that, I'd suspect it's something wrong with the system and not the game, but everything seems to point that it's not the case. I ran a power stress test in OCCT (which is a way heavier load for all the components than CP2077) for 30 minutes and nothing happened, no freezes or crashes. I tested other demanding games (DOOM Eternal, Horizon Zero Dawn) and didn't encounter any issues, they ran completely fine for hours. Reinstalling drivers and stuff never helped, the game freezes and crashes constantly even on a fresh Windows 11 installation.
What is probably worth noting is that I often encounter minor graphics bugs in CP2077, such as glitchy textures and pop-ins. The freezes also seem to happen when something happens in the game (such as picking up an item or slowing down time with cyberware). Other than that I had an issue with it crashing on startup before and removing the integrated audio driver helped (I don't need it anyway since I use a USB DAC). Any ideas what can I try at this point?
