Hi, I purchased a third party game in 2020, everything worked fine. Now I wanted to play the game again but it has disappeared from my library, but I have it in my shopping list.
I have not been able to contact support because the bot is unable to create a ticket.
I don't see the game on the web platform nor in gog galaxy, I need to find out what happened for a possible complaint.
It could be possible that you've accidently hidden the game. When you go to your game collection, there's a drop-down menu at the top, where you can access hidden games. If it doesn't appear in this section, you should try to contact the support again.

Thanks for the response, but this won't be my problem. Apparently the game has been removed from my library, I need to find out why from support, for a possible claim with the retailer. I can't contact support, that chat bot is a crappy thing :-)

Logon to webpage, go to support, ignore chatbox and click Contact us. They usually respond quite fast.
