I just want my money back on my credit card. This game is just a shadow of what was promised.
I sent a ticket asking for a refund on December 14, 2020 and received an extremely poor information email, saying something like "reply above this line" ??
How am I going to do this?
I answered the email and never got a real answer, I want my money back!
Where's the "Stellar support" or "money back guaranteed!!" ????

same here,i send like 3 tickets saying that i want my refund ,the first one 22 december,they send me the same email and nothing...still waiting....

Ive been waiting since the 20th seems to be what a lot of people are going though glad you got a response.

22 days waiting here. I'm starting to wonder if the delay is just to earn interest on the money we parked with them. This will cut into their future sales because the longer this drags on, the less likely I will ever buy a high priced game from GOG again. If I just want to store my money, I have a bank for that, and they pay ME interest.

First ticket was made on the 13th or 14th, second was made on the 17th, still waiting, I also made a thread after waiting for 2 weeks, it just got removed.

I wish they'd hurry the fuck up, it's almost an entire month later.
