I bought Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 and started playing a few days ago. I connected my account and got the in-game rewards in V's apartment when I got there. The problem is the other goodies. Nothing shows up in my GOG account for me to download the soundtrack, sourcebook, or wallpapers. The artbook and comic websites both say "Access Denied" when I log in there too. I contacted CDPR, but they said it was a GOG problem. The GOG chat bot was less than helpful.

So does anyone know what I need to do or who I need to get in touch with to get the goodies?

Have you tried logging into GOG on pc and looking at your purchases? Are the extras there? Or check your PS4 purchases and look for items there. Look carefully at what you purchased on your PS4 package too. I'm not sure the PS4 version of this game includes extra goodies. Very surprised you got this game on PS4. If I'm not wrong, it's considered last gen and will not support future updates. I hope the package you got includes the PS5 version as you'll need at least a PS5 to get future DLC.

The goodies I'm talking about are the ones listed on cyberpunk.net/goodies that everyone are supposed to get no matter what platform they bought it on. Some of them are supposed to be downloaded through GOG while others have their own links to download them. I linked my PS4 account like I was supposed to, and I know it worked because I got the in-game shirts, jacket, and sword. I just wanted to get the other stuff (artbook/soundtrack/etc.) because I'm enjoying the game so far, but nothing is showing up on my GOG account.

As for why PS4, that's what I have. I bought a physical copy brand new and it has the free upgrade to the PS5 version, so I'm covered there.

Hm. You might want to check your physical copy documentation for any instructions on how to get the goodies for ps4. For the PC version, at the GOG website, after logging in, hover your mouse over your username and go to the Games menu option. Then look for Cyberpunk 2077 on your collection of games. You should find an Extras column with the sountrack, etc available to download. Do you see it? If not, you may have to look for a code to redeem somewhere in your physical documentation. From experience with Horizon Forbidden West collectior's edition, there may be a separate app that you have to download from the Playstation Store. Check your manual or game box or game cover for any dlc code that you can activate. You'll be able to access soundtracks and other stuff within that app. Sorry, that's all I can think of. Good luck!

Same here for XBox. Opened ticket but Gog.com support is not responding. If you research on Google you will find multiple users presenting same issue.

There is a instruction for, isnt it? You should have keycode for it. Activate it here on GOG website. Go to your account - here on GOG website - Games - Cyberpunk 2077 Digital Goodies and Cyberpunk 2077 PC. Goodies links is there.

To download them use normal browser, not the gaming client.

i don't see one i'm in the same boat as the guy who asked the first question i bought the ps4 copy got the stuff in v's house but can't find out how to get the otherstuff like the soundtrack no the game is not in our gog libriry and i do not have some special reddem code by the looks of it
