When ı press play to game from steam or gog it doesn't start ıdk.Can someone help

I know it's late like Hell, but hey, who knows? Did you solve the issue, what the errors if any, does the game just crash? If you're on Windows 7, the last game version is 1.31, all the next are unsupported (CD Projekt Red has killed) and may not run or work.
