As per the title, can digital rewards, Wolf Jacket, shirt, Black Unicorn, etc..., be claimed more than once?
I'm on PS4 Pro and had no problem getting these items for my first play through.
I've since started a second play through and the rewards are not in the Stash.
I've gone through the system and re entered the code, shut the game down and rebooted.
Still no rewards in the stash. Am I doing something wrong or were the rewards meant to only be given once?

Do I have to be at a certain point of the game to get them?
Can I have my old save file with the items or do I need to delete it?

On PC it is not in the stash, it is in the closet to the right when you enter your apartment (you'll see cap and some jackets hanging there permanently). At least this is where I've got them both times.

Even your sword was in the stash? I logged in as soon as I read your message. But all I had in there were 2 pairs of each garment type. Weird as they were all duplicates.

Anybody else having this dilemma?

Hmm... That's strange. I am too far in my 2nd run to recall where exactly was the sword (it is in the stash now, but that's b/c I dump all stuff I like into the stash so not sure if I picked it up in the closet and then dumped with other stuff or it was there when I started the game), but I remember the 1st thing I did when I entered apartment I grabbed stuff from that closet. I can see troll plush on the couch as well. Possible it works different on the console version which is really not cool.

I just started a new game on the PC GOG version and all my rewards are indeed gone.
My first run I had everything, but now nothing. Either it is a bug or you only get them for the first playthrough

Edit: Found a solution "it's somewhat unintuitive, but it worked for me - go to the main menu, and select / hit the button for the panel that shows you your GOG rewards, then load your save, and your items should be there."

This did indeed work
