For saving your save data and transfer to other pc

We don't know yet. If you just install it without GOG galaxy then no. You have to manually transfer it.

But it will probably use GOG galaxy's cloud save function, when you use the client.

EDIT: Just saw it on the game store page. It will feature GOG's cloud saves.

Why do you hope not? It's always nice to have.

And on GOG, since the games are DRM free and don't need the Galaxy client to run, you have manual save data AND cloud saves.

Local saves are *backups* made to the cloud, they don't remove local saves.
Thus you're not losing any ability of manually moving saves if you prefer it that way.
