I am running the game on my home theatre system. It runs fine when windows is set to 5.1 Audio Output, but if I change it to Dolby Atmos for Home Theatre, I get no audio output.... Anyone have better results?

Yes, this game supports Dolby atmos. if you have the Dolby Access app purchased and installed on Windows 10, you need to troubleshoot your system if it's not working.

I get no sound only in Cyberpunk while Atmos is enabled, all other games and apps run flawlessly.
I have the same issue. Atmos works in certain scenarios like Atmos access app and Netflix but no sound when playing Cyberpunk 2077. AVR sees that Atmos is in use but no sound can be heard.

I have the exact same problem It does not look like a hdmi handshake issue.
I fixed my issue while reading about this in other forums. The problem was the newer Dolby Access app and solution was to install Dolby Access 3.2.169.

I don't have the ability to post links at the moment so no link unfortunately.

I finally found a fix - apparently the latest Dolby Access app on Windows is trash. Go here: https://www.filehorse.com/download-dolby-access/old-versions/ -- and download 3.2.169, and install it. It was say a newer version is installed, but install this over it anyway. Select Atmos in windows sound settings and good as gold, work immediately, didn't even have to restart. -- I hope that works for you too.

Hey thx a lot for the fix, I had the same issue and sound-setup. Going back to DA 3.2.169 worked fine for me (at least in the title menu, couldnt test it ingame).

Windows store keeps updating the Dolby Access app, when it does you loose Atmos again, so go into windows store setting and turn off auto updates. This means all other windows store apps, you have to update manually.
