Hello.
In Cyberpunk 2077, there is a way to make money (eddies) using products bought at vending machines in the game, according to this article at IGN (scroll about midway down the page to the section titled Earn Unlimited Money (and Crafting XP)).
So, I tried the steps outlined in the article. Essentially, they are: Keep buying items from a vending machine at ten eddies apiece until the machine is sold out. Add all those items to my inventory. Then disassemble those items so they can be crafted then sold at a higher value than I paid for those consumables initially.
However, after I add such items to my inventory, there is no option to disassemble them (at least as far as I can see). I definitely made sure to buy the items listed at ten eddies each.
Have I not progressed far enough in the game's main storyline to do this? I'm currently still on the Playing for Time main job in Act One, though lately I've been just doing some side jobs and quelling some crimes found with the NCPD scanner.
So, for any of you who have tried this: Am I doing something wrong or missing something? Any other tips?
