I have my games on an external SSD. It runs fine. But I downloaded the patch last night connected to my lap top. Then
I came home and opened GoG Galaxy on my PC and its downloading the patch again apparently.

I dont see duplicate files or where it might be going so at a loss.

There is a new folder called !Temp that is around 44.6 GB and it was created at the time I launched on my PC. I didnt notice if it was there last night on the lap top.

It basically has a large archive file in it.

File size right now is about 103 GB for Cyber Punk Game file. Is that now what it is after these last two patches? I didnt look to see what it was originally. I do see this patch is showing as 41 GB. That seems pretty big. SO not sure if it has to download everything again or not.

I guess what I want to know is 103GB the size everyone else is getting or am I getting duplicate files somewhere that I just cant see.

My game folder is 98,1 GB big.
The filesize of patch 1.05 was around 9GB.

I would say delete the temp folder and verify your gamefiles with GOG Galaxy,

yeah thats what I saw at first 9.something. Then it went to 41 for some reason.

Probably downloaded it twice for some reason. Hopefully once its done extracting some of it gets cleaned up.

LOL well its done and I can launch and its now showing game file as 59.2 GB. Cant figure it out.

Apparently I am running version 105 so I guess its all good.
