So, the Game had after the Update a little Cloud Save Game "Issue".
Nothing to bother.

But, it said it was last changed 53 Years ago.
Seems like Gog Galaxy thinks i am in the Year 2078 ;)

Cyberpunk 2078 confirmed :P
