Hey, why du u not use the Grafik Card ?

I have a GTX 1070 ti and it will not do more than 3-8 % work ...

The CPU has most work .. to 80 % on a AMD FX 8150

Hi, 3-8% GPU load sounds weird, even on a FX 8150..
The 8150 is low end & they recommend as minimum a 8310 but on your CPU it should better run than 3-8% GPU load. How many fps is this in your case ? 5-10 fps ?
Is your GTX 1070ti running correctly ? Check that in nvidia experience and device manager | display adapters.

- other games are working ?
- latest nvidia driver installed ? (460.89)
- how many ram is installed ?
- have you try using nvidia experience and set up and config the game from there ?
- Windows 10 64 bit ?

i've got the same problem. Game running at 17-20 fps. Doesn't matter what settings i'm using. GPU load on low settings are 30-40% and it goes up to 100% on high settings.
My pc:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 AF
Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti 2GB (it should run game on lowest setting at 30 fps)
16GB DDR4 Ram running at 2133MHz

Same Problem with Watchdogs

GPU Driver is latest 460.89
Ram 32
Stet up done ingame and via Invidia

Its with 1.05 a litle better, not so much legs, oly while driving

Not gonna debate the percentages but you really need a new processor. You're going to be dramatically CPU limited with that thing in modern games. The "PC games don't use processor power" thing was always a myth, and is especially a myth nowadays. Even a modern 6 core processor like my 3600x is CPU limited in some areas in this game.

i have 5950x + 6800xt + 32gb ram ... do I have to upgrade too ??
exactly same problem : not more that 20 fps ... gpu usage : 7% max .... unplayable for days

3700X + 2060S, everything is fine. Try to increase graphic quality to reduce stress on CPU.

Not gonna happen. It's slower than even ancient PS4.
