prime description says nothing about gog and the code isn't recognized when trying to redeem on gog client or website

Already a thread on that:

I successfully redeemed the code, but how to get it as intended into the game, I have no idea.
Ultimately resorted to CET and the new console codes to actually get it into my inventory.

kk5dire
I just clicked redeem on the page where it gives the code, and it autoredeemed for me in REDLauncher, I think the code is only for console players.
In the prime gaming website where you got your code, press the link (text) code redemption website. That will take you to your cyberpunk account linked to GOG and tadaaa, code redeemed.

But how does it go from that redemption site to our ingame inventories?
I also successfully redeemed the weapon online, but then everything stopped there, and with no further instructions.

If it is meant to go through the "My Rewards" button from the main game menu, then that requires GoG Galaxy, which at least I do not want to use.

And GoG Galaxy is not listed as a requirement anywhere.

For me it was in my apartment stash.

I also checked there, but no dice.

Do you play the game through GoG Galaxy?

yeah, I use the GoG version of Cyberpunk

Well, in that case, I was always doomed to failure. I don't want to use game clients - all they do is collect data, so I am staying strictly offline.

But it's okay, I already got Chesapeake - and the Twitch sub exclusive items - through updated CET console codes.
Still, both annoying and disappointing that GoG Galaxy is not listed as a requirement, when it clearly is one.

A lot of the stuff given in game through amazon prime I have noticed having jumpscare requirements for soft that they havent listed, so I wouldn't doubt them not putting it there when in reality it is. Shame really.
