I have RT-46 Burya revolver. It is tech weapon and has a tip "Can be charged to release a powerful shot". But I can't charge it, it fires immediately.

Also I have tech double barrel shotgun, and its charging works as intended - just hold a fire button for a couple of seconds, and it fires an amplified shot.

So, how to charge a tech revolver? Also, its item tip lacks "charge time" stat.

I suspect the charged pistols are bugged - sometimes it'll hold the shot and charge, sometimes it'll shoot a round then start charging. It seems to be inconsistent in which will happen when you hold down the fire button, Affects both revolvers and semi-auto pistols.
Bit of an annoyance since if you don't charge and you're trying to shoot through cover it can ricochet, and it's perfectly possible to shoot yourself.

Revolvers and pistols are different weapon types, but yeah, looks like a bug. However, that revolver seems to penetrate walls without charging, as fully charged tech weapon.

Finally got my hands on Burya, and yeah, doesn't charges for me, either. It does shoots through walls, but nowhere near as good as other guns, after charging them up.

Alsi, is that just me, or Quasar OP as hell?

But seriously, when you fully charge Quasar it goes off on full auto, so long as you hold the fire button, does a full 20 round mag dump, all max charge.

I don't think it's a bug.
I have had some weapons not do the charge unless you are aiming down sights.

I think those are intended to be shoot from the hip normal and then aimed is charge.... on purpose.
