So the official guide book says it is triggered after completing "Ghost Town". Then there should be a quest available in afterlife called Spellbound. But not for me. No Questmarker on the map and also no calls or anything. Is this information from the guide correct, that only completing "Ghost Town" is prequesite?

Also regarding the achivement for clearing everythin in the Badlands? What part of map exactly count as badlands? Only the top right area? Or also the both bottom areas?
