JakobFel: why do you want to play the Japanese version if you're from Europe? If it's personal, no need to answer, I've just never heard of someone wanting to play in a different language dub other than if they're bilingual.
Yes, playing is a bit odd, but I can kinda get it. Cyberpunk has been heavily Japan-influenced since Neuromancer so a Japanese dub seems logical.
And here in Europe many countries do not dub any foreign TV-shows or films. Italy, Spain, France and Germany do, but many other countries have the original sound and subtitles in the local language. The Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, etc. I, for example, grew up like that. If I watch a film I refuse to watch anything dubbed, even if it is in my native language. I want the original sound and subtitles if I don't understand the language. But that's because the lip sync is not correct -- of course in modern animation and in video games the sync matches in all languages. Since I am used to subtitles I would have no trouble playing any game in any language, as long as the text is in a language I can understand. And different languages give a different feel.
Hm. Come to think of it maybe I should try Cyberpunk 2077 in Japanese, too.
Hashtag just European things.
