So i guess CDPR orginally had 3 taxi companies in the game. Well I really hope one was like or is Johnny Cab from Total recall. You have the little mighty mia whatever cars in the game, you just need a 4 door version. I am sure howe much you have to change to avoid copyright infringment but I am damn sure you can get Robert Picardo to record as few lines for you pretty cheap. Hell i think you can hire him on that website were you pay old stars to read whatevwer you want for a small fee.
