I decided to refund this game after 25 hours played, the first refund was in 20 december and im still waiting...how many time i need to wait???? they closed my first attempt for refund and i make 2 more...cmon

I assume you play on PC.
Why would they refund your game? Their refund policy mostly covers technical reasons, but your game clearly worked (25h played) and on PC the game is playable and CDPR fixes bugs actively.
If you bought it from some keyseller, you have to contact the shop you bought it from of course.

ofc i played but the story line when to choose nomad etc is poor,they lied to us in a lot of things,i've been stuck minimum 4 times, the IA is really poor too, i decided to complete the first story line playing nomad ,then i choose other and its exactly the same quests ..so what?the game is not finished .
