Yes, there are still free DLCs and the next-gen upgrade coming sometime early next year. Then, the expansions will start dropping. The next-gen upgrade was planned at the end of this year but they delayed it (and The Witcher 3 Complete Edition) until early next year so that they had the time they needed.
