I was having problems receiving the "It's Elementary" achievement and found that there are threads in several forums on the topic. I finally got the achievement after finding an assault in an obscure location that I haven't seen mentioned elsewhere.

There is an assault in progress under the freeway between the "Longshore North" and "Drive-In Theater" fast travel locations on the east side of Watson. The location is more easily reached from the drive-in.
