I have no mark on the map and when I go to the right place where it should start there are no people there and no cart? Does anyone have same problem? Im at the end of the game, only ending remains all map is clear of side quests and gigs.

The roller coaster is not a quest. I think it is just scanning and fixing.

Yeah, I didn't get the mission either.

According to https://cyberpunk2077.wiki.fextralife.com/Love+Rollercoaster there is a bug that the mission is not available anymore if you have finished "Double Life".
